I am a mindfulness instructor. I provide individual counseling and support, organize events such as SlowArt, DeathCafe, and small study groups. I mostly work with office workers with high levels of stress and burnout. I help to establish a deeper contact with the body and elements of the mind, regulate the nervous system and state, show possible vectors of development.
